Suggestions for and review of course enhancements
Event planning with Golf committee chairperson (Agenda, Set-up action plan0
Supervision of production of golf invitations and brochures
Supervision of monthly Golf committee meetings with chairperson and committee members
Assistance in creating and designating assignments for Golf sub-committees
Unlimited conference calls with Chairpersons
Organization of follow-up and and reporting procedure with sub-committees
Review of letters, brochures, and all correspondence produced for the event
Organization of raffles, prizes, and silent auction
Suggestion of and provision for all necessary items (e.g., raffles, golfer gifts, Sponsor tee-signs, Major sponsor Boards, awards, photography) on a per cost basis
Review of goals and objectives of event
